PILAR APS® SL
Systemic post-emergence herbicide for the control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds in oilseed rape
Active Ingredients
- Clopyralid – 240 g/L
- Picloram – 60 g/L
Formulation
SL (Soluble Concentrate)
Manufacturer
Pilarquim (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., China
Mode of Action
PILAR APS® SL is a highly effective systemic post-emergence herbicide developed for the protection of oilseed rape crops. It provides outstanding control of a wide range of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds.
The synergistic combination of clopyralid and picloram ensures powerful systemic activity. After application, the product is rapidly absorbed through the leaves and translocated throughout the plant, both upward (acropetal) and downward (basipetal), reaching even the root system.
Both active ingredients act as synthetic auxins (growth regulators), disrupting normal plant growth processes. This causes irreversible hormonal imbalance, leading to growth cessation, tissue deformation, and complete destruction of susceptible weeds.
Product Benefits
Outstanding control of Canada thistle
Effectively destroys the entire root system of Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense), significantly reducing regrowth.
Rapid systemic translocation
The active ingredients move quickly throughout the weed, ensuring complete control of both shoots and roots.
Rainfast performance
The advanced formulation allows rapid absorption into plant tissues, making the product resistant to rainfall occurring shortly after application.
Excellent crop selectivity
Safe for all winter oilseed rape varieties and hybrids without affecting crop vigor or yield potential.
Weed Spectrum
PILAR APS® SL effectively controls:
- Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense)
- Chamomile (Matricaria spp.)
