We are looking for a dedicated and experienced person for the position of Operational Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing daily operations, ensuring the efficiency and quality of our processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor various aspects to ensure the smooth running of the company’s operations;

• Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;

• Collaborate with various departments to align operations with the company’s overall goals;

• Analyze operational performance indicators and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement;

• Manage the team, providing support and mentorship to achieve set objectives;

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and requirements;

• Handle procurement, stock planning, and monitor warehouse efficiency; • Ensure the company’s legal activities are conducted properly;

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives;

• Analyze financial data to improve profitability;

• Implement a quality control system and monitor production KPIs;

• Identify ways to improve the quality of services offered to customers.

Requirements:

• A degree in management or a related field is an advantage;

• Experience in leadership positions (at least 3 years);

• Excellent command of Romanian, Russian, and English languages;

• High level of integrity, enthusiasm, and determination;

• Excellent management and leadership skills;

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills;

• Business and finance knowledge and expertise;

• Experience in budgeting, financial strategies, and planning;

• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.);

• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong management skills.
