⚙️ Mode of action
- Systemic → absorbed through leaves and roots
- Moves in the plant (xylem + phloem)
- Blocks cell division → weeds stop growing
👉 Result:
- in a few days → yellowing
- in 2–3 weeks → complete drying
📅 How to use:
- Application: post-emergence
- Usual dose: ~40 g/ha
- Moment:
- from 2 leaves to the standard leaf (BBCH 12–39)
✅ Advantages
- Very broad spectrum of weeds
- Fast and effective action
- Works even at lower temperatures (>5°C)
- No major restrictions in crop rotation
- Can be combined with other herbicides for extended spectrum
⚠️ Recommendation
- Apply to young weeds (max 4–6 leaves)
- Avoid stressed crops (drought, cold, diseases)
- May require adjuvant (e.g. Trend) in difficult conditions
